Index Support

The fastest way to reach us is from the Feedback tab inside Index. Your message is stored with your account so we can review and act on it.

Send feedback or report a problem

Open Index, choose Feedback, describe what happened, and press Send Feedback. Include what you expected to happen and whether the problem occurred on Mac or iPhone.

Delete your account

Open Feedback → Account → Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. Index permanently removes your captures, uploaded files, processed content, chats, citations, feedback, and authentication identity from the active service. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in to use in-app deletion, ask for account-deletion help through the support channel shown in the current TestFlight or App Store listing.

Before you delete

Keep copies of anything important. Index is an early-access product and should not be your only copy of critical business or personal information.
